We provide eye care and eyewear for the whole Family, with a large range of glasses and Contact Lenses available. We are an independent family Opticians which means we are able to give you individual personal attention. As an independent family practice, specialising in Eye Healthcare Services, we use state of the art equipment to examine your eyes, including digital retinal photography, which enables us to detect all common eye conditions, along with more serious ones such as Glaucoma. Everyone should have an eye examination at least once every 2 years and this is now fully funded by the NHS in Scotland. All eye examinations are at least 30 minutes. We are able to provide you with independent advice on the best possible frames and lenses for your eyes within your budget and provide spectacles most suited to your needs. You are also welcome to browse amongst our extensive selection of frames. We also offer an extensive range of contact lenses from all major suppliers. Our optometrist is very experienced in all aspects of the profession from children's eyecare to contact lens fitting. As a fully independent practice, we are not restricted to particular brands or suppliers. This means that we are free to supply and fit spectacles (frames and lenses) from anywhere we choose, giving an exceptional choice with regard to frames whether top end designer or quality budget eyewear.
