Lest We Forget

Today, we all pause to honour the brave who sacrificed their lives in service of their country. As a former member of the Royal Air Force, I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to have served and to have been part of such a rich and varied history.

Remembrance Day is a solemn occasion, but it's also a time to celebrate the courage and resilience of those who went before us. Let's honour their memory by committing ourselves to peace, understanding, and the pursuit of a better world.

My time in the RAF shaped my life, and for that I am truly grateful.

Spending time working on these was a great thing to do. Not only do you have to deal with the challenge of the design, and mine was made much easier with Kerry's help, but you also have to really reflect on who you are and what you bring to the services you write.

Sometimes the reality of what you do and how you approach your work can be surprising and not what you set out to when you begin.
