Happy Sunny Sunday to you all,

I’m loving the Spring-like weather this weekend. It’s making me feel energised and creative and I have mind full of ideas.

Over the coming weeks, I’m going to be offering some new combined treatment packages, as well as a brand new addition to my therapy menu! I’ll be tweaking some existing offerings too. Don’t worry, your favourite treatments will still be there and if not, I can do bespoke treatments for you at any time of the year!

Throughout the coming year I’m also planning to add some more new therapies and options for working with me (I’m still deciding the specifics on that).

I’ll also be continuing to offer my Reiki workshops for those who wish to learn Reiki or continue their Reiki journey. I will also be offering a Reiki Refresh workshop, for those who are already trained, but haven’t used it for whatever reason and would like a bit of a refresh/kickstart.

When is the last time you took time for just you?

We're all busy working (too many hours), doing housework, chores, trying to keep up with kids, make time for friends, do a workout, do the food shopping...it's never ending!

Remember you can't pour from an empty cup! To give the best of you to yourself, your friends and family and your job you need time to rest and recharge.

Make sure to take time for YOU this weekend. Go for a walk, have a quiet cuppa in the garden (since the forecast looks good), have a bath, read a book/magazine, have a dance to your favourite song...whatever you fancy. But make time for you.

Put yourself first for a change. YOU DESERVE IT! YOU ARE WORTH IT!

❀️ 60 mins Reiki, 30 mins scalp & face massage
❀️ 60 mins Reiki, 30 mins back, neck and shoulder massage
❀️ 60 mins Holistic Facial, 30 mins Reiki
❀️ 30 mins massage, 30 mins Facial, 30 mins Reiki
❀️ KCR & Massage

I can combine most treatments to give you that extra bit of you time.

You can also bolt-on a 30 min Reiki or an express facial or a scalp/face massage to any hour long treatment for an extra Β£20.

Lots of options to choose from. You deserve it!

I'm loving it being lighter in the early mornings again so I can get out walking in nature 🌳

It's amazing to see everything starting to stir and wake-up ready for a Spring rebirth πŸ’—

How many of you made New Years resolutions and have given them up already?

Traditionally, those who follow the seasons would argue that 1 January is the wrong time for resolutions and big changes. In January we have only just gone into winter, and we still have the coldest months to come. We have less hours of daylight and historically we'd have slept and rested more as we had less light. It's a time for hunkering down and keeping cosy, resting and recharging. A time for stillness and just being. It's absolutely not a time for doing. Look at the animal kingdom - many animals hibernate.

Now we're approaching Spring, it's time to start waking up and rebirthing, starting anew and leaving the past behind.

If you have changes you want to make in your life then Spring is the time to do it. You'll have way more energy and motivation to make a lasting change.

I am making a commitment to myself to improve my physical health this year. I'm doing Intermittent Fasting (daily time restricted eating) to reduce inflammation and help heal my body, I'm reducing my refined sugar intake, I'm phasing out ultra-processed foods and products, I'm moving my body more, I'm making healthier choices and I'm making time for rest. I'm helping my body move through my menopause journey, ready for my second spring πŸ₯°

About last night...😜

As an Introvert, Highly Sensitive Person and also an empath I struggle being in big crowds. Big events, parties, busy shops etc are awful for me. It's too much energy, noise, stimulation etc.

But put me at a concert and it's a different story 🀣 Being in a room with thousands of other fans singing along with the band is a magical experience. It raises your own frequency/vibration level and uplifts you πŸ€©πŸ’« I absolutely love music, especially rock music, and it definitely soothes my soul 🎢

Last night, I went to see my favourite band on the planet, Alter Bridge (an American rock band if you've never heard of them), at the Hydro, and they were amazing. I rocked my socks off and sang my heart out 🀘🎀🎸 It was amazing and my soul feels alive πŸ₯°

Even though I don't drink alcohol, I feel like I have a hangover today but it's just dehydration and tiredness (and full moon energy which always affects my body).

Thankfully I'm not working today. I'm planning on a chill day with lots of rehydrating!

I may be feeling rough but it was absolutely worth it and I would do it all again in a flash 🀘🎸

They say do what makes your soul happy and I absolutely did πŸ™πŸ»β€οΈ

I am Reiki I & II attuned and also qualified in Indian Head Massage. I am a member of The Guild of Holistic Therapists.
