You need to try this soup hack 🚨! Our Slimming World two-step tomato soup 🥫 is a total game-changer. Just tip everything into a pan, let it simmer for 20 minutes, then blend until smooth… and that’s it! A delicious, healthy soup that gives the nation’s favourite a run for its money 😉.
You’ll need:
🥕 2 carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
🥫 2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
🫘 ½ x 400g can haricot beans, drained and rinsed
🧅 6 pickled silverskin onions
💦 600ml vegetable stock, suitable for vegans
🍅 1 tbsp tomato purée
🥄 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, or Henderson’s relish to make it vegetarian/vegan
🍬 1 level tsp sweetener granules
