Do you meditate?🤔
I do, even if it just for 3 minutes. I take time to sit, take a deeper breath than what I would usually and let my mind and body be still. Well, as still as i can be.💁♀️

🙊Yes, i have to acknowledge them but then i let them pass.
Meditation actually came before the Yoga poses that we know today. Yoga was to settle the body before meditation and then to get the good energy flowing after meditation. 😸
Don't feel guilty about taking the time. You, don't even need to close your eyes but i find that it helps me to move inwards. 🙂
