KK Physio & Pilates The clinic ethos is work together to help keep you healthy, active and as pain-free as possible. Also fully qualified Pilates instructor with classes in Alloa.

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy involves treating any pain/injury related to the body including muscles, tendons, joints and nerves. Treatments may include massage, taping, exercise and acupuncture. Aim of treatment is to ease pain and maximise function.

The clinic is now closed for the Easter holidays and re-opens on the 13th April. Pilates classes will be back on 14th and 16th April.

That is a wrap for 2025 at KK Physio....the clinic re-opens on Mon 5th Jan and Pilates starts back on Tues 6th/ Thurs 8th Jan. Thank you so much for your loyal support..it is such a pleasure to work with and help so many lovely people 😊.

Can't believe is that time of year already but it is the end of Autumn holiday time for me. The clinic is now closed until Mon 10th November and pilates starts back on Tues 11th/ Thurs 13th.
I am away to celebrate a special birthday and will definitely be making the most of it! As I always say... be kind to yourself and appreciate the small things in life 😊

Can't believe we are halfway through the year already and it is time for a summer break and reset 😎. The clinic is closed until Fri 8th August and pilates classes resume on Tues 12th and Thurs 14th Aug. Be good to yourselves while I am away and look forward to seeing you all again in a few weeks 😀

Wow...can you believe it is 11 years since I opened my physio and pilates business?! Thank you so much to all the patient and pilates participants who have attended the clinic as without you there is no business. An extra special thanks to those who have 'stayed' with me all these years and who continue to recommend the clinic/ classes to others.
It is such a pleasure to work together with you all and help you to achieve your goals and be a healthier and stronger person 🥰.

The clinic is now closed until Tues 22nd April and pilates classes resume on Tues 22nd and Thurs 24th April. Time for a Spring recharge and doing lots of nice things to feed body and soul. Thanks as always for all the support and for making my job such a pleasure 😊.

The clinic is now closed until Mon 6th Jan 2025 for the Christmas holidays. I am completely overwhelmed by all the good wishes, gifts and cards I have received and send a heartfelt thank you to each of you. I am grateful to not only do a job I love but also to get paid for it and spoiled by my patients 🥰.
The best investment you will ever make is in making time to look after your physical and mental health and I will be back in Jan to help you with that when needed.

Well that's a wrap for Pilates classes for 2024. It will be 10 years in January since I started the classes and some of you have been with me from the beginning which is amazing. Makes me laugh when you say 'but it never gets any easier'! 🤣
Thank you to all of you for being on this Pilates journey with me and for being such a pleasure to teach.
We will be back on Tues 7th and Thurs 9th January 2025.

The clinic is now closed until Mon 11th Nov and Pilates classes are off until Tues 12th and Thurs 14th Nov for an Autumn break 🍁🍂. Time for me to recharge and relax.

As you know, you can't drive a car with a flat battery. Think about your bodies battery...what do you do to recharge it? Make time for you to improve your physical and mental health..it is the best investment you can make 🤩

Can't believe is that time of year already but the clinic is now closed for two weeks for summer holidays. The clinic re-opens on Mon 8th July and Pilates returns on Tues 9th and Thurs 11th July. Thanks for all your support this year so far and I look forward to coming back re-charged and refreshed to work with you all. Remember..we can't function on an empty battery so keep doing the good things just for you that top the battery up and take care of you! 🤩😎
