WE ARE RECRUITING !

Time to Care is recruiting in the Ashington/Newbiggin areas for experienced staff who are keen to work with complex clients in the area.

We currently have two client who present with challenging behaviours, both live separately in their own homes, and we are seeking to add to their existing experienced teams of carers.

In addition you would have the opportunity, if you wished to, to work in our other services in the area, giving a varied working life and a good work life balance.

You would be required to assist in teaching daily living skills, taking these clients out and about and aiming to integrate them into the community as far as possible.

You will be working closely with outside agencies and multi disciplinary teams as well as Time to Care management who offer robust support to all staff, and have a real focus on staff welfare.

You may be required to work independently or as part of a team and would need to be able to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.

We are an ethical organisation and part of our philosophy is that we treat everyone with dignity, respect and honesty.

All our service users, across the organisation, have their own front door and this is something which sets us apart from many other care providers. It is also important to note that we do not provide homecare services, so there is no travelling between calls or shifts.

We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need of support. If you are compassionate, dedicated, and enjoy helping others, we encourage you to apply.
