I am also a level 4 personal trainer I am able to offer a full package for any client. From rehab, prehab and back fighting fit. came in last night with Achilles issues. Not wanting to be away from the hills to long she came to see me. Before the session she was suffering with constant niggling pain. Little bit of manual treatment and some cupping, she nearly skipped out of the treatment room. Feeling back to her normal self. Sent away with exercise to keep her going. This was a great session I had last weekend with the north Northumberland dog training club. These guys spend hour a week working with their dogs but never once think about saving themselves from potential injuries. So I worked with them giving them exercises and activities to help them prevent injuries, meaning they would be able to work with their dogs minus the aches and pains. We also manage to have fun in the process.

I can offer help with many different industries. Just because you are not performing in a traditional sport doesn’t mean you don’t run the risk of injuries.
