Important Phone Message for Patients‼️📞

When calling the Practice, please make sure you select the correct option from the telephone menu so your call reaches the right team.

Choosing a different option in the hope of avoiding the queue will not result in your call being answered more quickly. It may actually delay your enquiry, as you will need to be redirected, and it takes valuable time away from both our staff and other patients who are waiting to be helped.

By selecting the correct option, you help us deal with your request as efficiently as possible and support our team in managing calls fairly for everyone.

From October to March we can’t make enough vitamin D from sunlight, so to keep bones and muscles healthy, it’s best to take a daily 10 microgram supplement of vitamin D. You can get vitamin D from most pharmacies and retailers.

Due to some of our clinicians being off sick today, our service is operating with reduced capacity. Please bear with us while we work through urgent requests.

If your concern is not urgent or can safely wait until later in the week, we kindly ask that you contact us then. Please only get in touch today for urgent queries, so we can prioritise those who need immediate care.

We also ask that any patients coming to the surgery with respiratory issues wear a face mask, which is provided in the reception area.

We’re seeing an increase in flu and other respiratory illnesses in the community. To help protect our patients and staff, we kindly ask anyone with coughs, sore throats, fevers, or other respiratory symptoms to wear a mask when visiting the surgery.

😷 Don’t worry—masks will be provided at the door if you don’t have one.
