We could have done with a bit of this present sunshine for our morning yoga on Alnmouth beach! Still had its own steady energy and peaceful rhythm, the skies were grey, but the vibes were warm 🥰

I’ve been posting a bit less here lately, scroll along and you’ll see why…. but first, I had to share how happy I am in achieving the first photo 💪🧘🏻‍♀️☺️

A slip on the ice and life went pear shaped for a while. Losing my independence was the worst bit, simple things like tying my bootlaces, or putting my hair up became impossible. It has been so frustrating. You do find ways of doing things, but these past few weeks have really made me reflect on how much we take for granted and all the things we do, day to day, without a second thought.

I was so lucky to have Alex, chauffeur, sherpa, shoulder to cry on and stand in demonstrator, helping me keep classes going. Huge thanks to .atkinson.900 for stepping in too 🙏💕

I am in total awe of - absolute heroes, who made every step of this journey as caring and positive as possible. I am also incredibly grateful for all the kind wishes, cards, flowers and words of encouragement from everyone 🥰 🙏

Now, six weeks post surgery, my wrist is healing, and I can dog stretch again! 🐶🧘🏻‍♀️💪
