As a small business, we deeply appreciate your support and trust in us. Unfortunately, we’ve recently experienced a significant increase in cancellations, which has had a considerable impact on my operations and ability to serve you.

To ensure that we can continue providing the best service possible and to maintain the quality you expect from us, we are implementing a cancellation policy effective immediately.

Here’s what you need to know:

⚫️ All future bookings must be confirmed with bank details through the Fresha ☑️

⚫️ Free to cancel or rearrange up to 48hours before other wise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation.

⚫️ Late cancellations or No Shows will be charged 100% service charge ❗️

Thank you to everyone for their continued support, it’s been a massive risk setting up myself. I hope everyone can understand my reasons for implementing these changes.
