About us...

Bikebuddha yoga was started in 2016 by Sally Brown with the intention of bringing the yoga to people who might not usually benefit from it. The intention is to offer community classes and sessions for neurodiverse and older people as well as general, accessible Hatha yoga classes suitable for all. Sally now runs a regular classes Tuesday nights at Insight Therapy Centre, Chapel Allerton, Friday afternoons at the Compton Centre, Harehills and Sunday mornings at We are Wellness Headingly. She is also available to book for small group or 1-1 therapeutic yoga sessions. Working on the principle that yoga is for everyone Bikebuddha Yoga is helping spreading the word about the benefits of yoga to the good people of north Leeds.
