Beth joined our team in March with a wealth of experience gained from working in a supported living setting with adults with learning disabilities & autism .
In that setting ,she’s developed a deep understanding of personal centered care , patience and importance of consistency and trust.

These skills have transferred seamlessly into domiciliary care. She will not shy away from situations that require creativity or resilience , instead she leans into them with an open-minded attitude allowing her to continually grow in her role.

Since joining us as a Senior Carer, Beth has already made a significant impact in just four weeks. Her dedication, compassion, and drive to make a difference make her an invaluable part of our team. Beth is not only an exceptional carer but an inspiring presence, and we are incredibly proud to have her as part of our journey.

Meet Ruby our Senior care assistant

Ruby’s journey with Blooming Good Care began in November, and in such a short time she has already made a remarkable impact. As our youngest carer, she has shown a level of maturity far beyond her years, quickly progressing into a senior role through her dedication, professionalism, and natural ability to connect with others.

From the very beginning, Ruby demonstrated a deep sense of empathy and a genuine passion for person-centred care. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure those she supports feel valued, respected, and truly listened to. Her calm, compassionate approach brings reassurance not only to our clients but also to their families and the wider team.

Ruby is also committed to her own development. She has successfully completed her Level 3 First Aid qualification and is already looking ahead, with aspirations to train and support other carers. This drive to grow and give back highlights her leadership potential and her commitment to raising standards across the service.

In every aspect of her role, Ruby embodies the values of Blooming Good Care. She is a true asset to the team, and we are incredibly proud to have her with us—already inspiring those around her and shaping the future of care in such a positive way.

We’re so pleased to welcome a lovely new lady to our service Blooming Good Care LTD

After moving over from another care provider, it’s been a real privilege for our team to support her as she settles in. Like anyone new, she’s been taking things at her own pace, and we’ve been right there to reassure and support her every step of the way.

Moments like this feel extra special... she felt comfortable enough to sit alongside one of the team for a little selfie, and it turned into such a genuinely joyful moment.

It’s these small but meaningful steps that matter most, and we’re so proud to be part of her journey as she continues to grow in confidence with us.

What an incredible milestone for Blooming Good Care LTD 💙🩵

Today feels like a real moment to pause and reflect on how far this company has come, and the vision behind it all.
This all started with Lisa, the owner, who in 2022 took a leap of faith and built this company from the ground up with real courage, determination, and a genuine passion for care.

What started as a dream is now something really special. That risk, built on strong values and a desire to do things differently, is clearly paying off...and you can see the impact it’s having every single day in the lives of the people we support.

I feel really privileged to be part of this journey, joining as a Senior in July 2025 and stepping into the role of Registered Manager in January 2026. Even in a short space of time, it’s been clear just how much heart, hard work, and high standards Lisa has built this company on.

This success is a reflection of her vision and leadership, supported by a strong, passionate team who all genuinely care about what they do. That’s what makes Blooming Good Care what it is today.

We’re growing more and more as time passes, and it’s honestly amazing to see this vision continuing to flourish within our community.
