Hello to you all 👋✨

Some of you may already know that I left my corporate role and honestly? It was one of the best decisions I ever made. Because it gave me the chance to build something I'm really, truly excited about.

The lack of support, understanding, and just basic awareness around menopause in the workplace was something I experienced first hand and I knew I wasn't alone. So I've been busy creating a programme that helps organisations actually get this right. For the women going through it, and for the businesses that want to keep brilliant people. 💪

But this group has always been about more than that. The whole reason I started the cafés and became a Menopause Champion was personal. I didn't want anyone to feel the way I did.

Like, somehow i was failing.

So I want this to be YOUR space too. A place where you can get real information, have an honest conversation, and know you're not on your own with any of this. 💕

I'll be popping a poll up later this week and I'd love you to vote — it takes 30 seconds and genuinely helps me more than you know. Watch this space! 👀

Please DM me if you have Qs or comments.

Hello to you all

I wanted to open up a conversation that I know can make a huge difference to our day-to-day working lives.

For those of you currently in the workplace, how supported do you feel when it comes to menopause?

There’s no pressure to share anything deeply personal — but I’m interested to understand what is helping, what could be better, and whether workplaces are becoming more open to these conversations.

Are your managers supportive?
Is menopause talked about?
Do you feel comfortable asking for adjustments if you need them?

And just as importantly what does good support look like to you?

I truly believe workplaces are beginning to move in a positive direction, but real experiences matter and every perspective helps shape that progress.

If you feel comfortable, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Or DM me if you would prefer. Thank you xx

Do you think workplaces are doing enough to support women through menopause?

I’ve just taken part in a really insightful webinar on Menopause and the Employment Rights Bill, and I wanted to share something important…

There are some BIG changes coming in how workplaces will be expected to recognise and support menopause over the next couple of years. It’s not fully finalised yet, but one thing is clear:

👉 Menopause support at work is becoming a real priority — not just a nice extra.

For so many women, menopause affects confidence, energy, sleep, memory, mood, and the ability to cope at work.
And yet support is still inconsistent. Many women are left struggling in silence, or feeling like they have to just “push through”.

What’s encouraging is that the new Bill is pushing employers to think more seriously about:

🟣 Creating proper menopause policies
🟣 Making reasonable adjustments
🟣 Training managers so women feel understood
🟣 Looking at culture, not just symptoms
🟣 And eventually… introducing Menopause Action Plans (MAPs)

This really matters.
Because when workplaces get this right, women feel safer, stronger, more supported — and far less likely to burn out or step away from jobs they love.

I’ll keep sharing updates as things develop, but I’m really hopeful.
Change is coming — and it’s long overdue. 💜

If you want to know what good menopause support should look like, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to help.

Today is all about shining a light on menopause — and how much difference understanding and awareness can make at work.

❌ Hot flushes?

Did you know? Estrogen plays a key role in keeping your skin hydrated. As estrogen levels drop during menopause, your skin may lose moisture, leading to dryness and irritation. But don’t worry—hydration is key!
