“Back in June 2022 I started The 1:1 Diet and within 3 months I lost 2st 8.5lbs by following Step 2. I absolutely fell in love with the plan 💕 I’d never turn to another diet as this one is convenient, there isn’t a product I don’t love and the losses are quick and effective!

Whatever has happened is done.

Whether your clean up operation starts on the 1st, 2nd or 4th, stop making it all or nothing. Eating doesn’t have to be that way. Make it about balance.

When I say balance, I don’t just mean food. Tackle those excess and unwanted KG’s with a holistic approach, so think about going back to the basics...

✨Sleep (7-8 hours)
✨Water (minimum 2.25 litres)
✨Movement (if not already exercising then start of with 15 mins of walking a day and build up)
✨Stress (what can you do to manage it and reduce it)
✨Sunlight (are you getting outside enough?)

Take it one meal at a time, focusing on the foods that make you feel good and that you’re not still wearing the next day.

You are truly beautiful and things will be just fine ❤️
