New year, new moon is rising and the sun is increasing. Yayy.
Yoga starts Monday 6 Jan to emerge from winter towards spring with movement, good breathing, relaxing & resting. Yoga is so good for the mind, soul and body. Our immune system and all systems need self care and being strong, flexible and calm so we can live our best life.
Mon 5 pm is zoom.
Tuesday 10am is at East Worldham Hall.
Wed is 9.30am at EW hall.
Wed is 6.30pm at Holybourne church.

Also my pottery is on tables to browse/buy and Xmas social drinks and nibbles after the class.
