I love using essential oils - not just for their individual benefits, but I love the ritual of selecting the oils, maybe reading a little about each one, filling the diffuser. It really adds to my process of settling into a work session or setting the energy of our home.

As we power through this powerful waxing crescent phase - all about intention, determination and progress - I’m reaching for oils that naturally enhance my focus, mental clarity, and help me feel more grounded and confident in my goals. Here are a few to consider:

I’m totally with you on the hamster wheel of life. The world is always on the move (and I’m usually a good 10-15 minutes behind it!). But I’m increasingly reminding myself—there’s power in the moments we choose to pause, to simply be.

Tomorrow we’ll see the new moon—bringing fresh, new energy with her to spur us towards our intentions. I encourage you to the most of this final opportunity to slow down, rest, and reflect. It’s in this quiet that we manage to hear our inner wisdom and gather all important insights as we prepare for the new cycle ahead.

Today, let’s embrace stillness—not as a retreat from life, but as a way to hear it more clearly. 🌿🌙

You all know I’m a big advocate for balancing your environment to support the great work you do on your body. You’ll go away with a action plan of simple Feng Shui remedies you can put into practice to energetically align your home to support your goals and well-being. 🌸

As the autumn equinox marks a time of balance and reflection, it’s the perfect moment to pause, look inward, and reconnect with our true selves. 🍂✨

I love journalling (and free-writing) and find it an incredibly powerful tool for self-reflection. I find I can explore much deeper into my thoughts, emotions, and desires in a structured, useful way. By putting pen to paper, we can uncover what’s nearly niggling at the back of our minds, identify areas that need more attention, and set intentions for the season ahead.

A few weeks ago, I posted the Wheel of Life exercise, my favourite starting point for evaluating balance across different areas of your life. If you haven’t done it yet, now’s a great time to revisit it. Use the insights from your Wheel of Life to guide your journaling practice this week.

Here are a few journaling prompts to get you started:
* 🌗 What areas of my life feel out of balance right now, and why?
* 🍁 What do I need to let go of to create more harmony in my life?
* ✨ How can I bring more of what I value into my daily routine?

Give yourself space and time for this. Begin with a few deep breaths and try to quieten your mind a little as you take some time for this exercise. As you journal, allow yourself to be honest and open. This practice isn’t about judgment; it’s about gaining clarity and setting the stage for positive change.

Let this be a season of mindful reflection and intentional growth. How are you creating balance in your life this autumn?
