We are very saddened to have to share this message.

At our practice, the safety and wellbeing of our staff is extremely important. Recently, we have experienced incidents where members of our Patient Co-ordinator team, Nursing team, management team, and our doctors have been subjected to swearing and threatening behaviour. This has left us feeling both shocked and disappointed.

Our team work incredibly hard every day to provide a safe, caring, and high-quality service to our patients, while following the rules and regulations that govern the NHS.

We ask all patients to remember that everyone deserves to feel safe and respected at work. The practice operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive behaviour. Repeated incidents may result in us being unable to continue providing care, and patients may be asked to register with an alternative practice.

We have carefully considered sharing this message, but it is important that we stand together to support and protect our team.
