3 Top Tips to Boost Winter Immunity ❄️🤍
1. Thymus Tapping - Boost your Morning Energy Levels. Tapping the thymus* gland will stimulate your immune system, giving it a boost. The little thumping movements create vibrations, increasing the release of white blood cells. White blood cells are our SOLDIER cells which fight infection. *Chest, between lungs.
How? …. Using your fingertips, or the side of your fist, tap UP & DOWN, about 2-3 inches along your sternum*. Think chest puffing gorillas! Do this for 15-20 seconds, continue to take regular slow breaths. Do 1-3 times a day, or up to 4 times if feeling poorly. *T-shaped vertical chest bone.
2. Nutritious Bug-Busting Smoothies. Handful of Blueberries & Strawberries - Fresh or Frozen. A sq**rt of HONEY. 1 Banana. Handful of OATS. Almond or Coconut Milk. BLEND, POUR, ENJOY!
3. Kidney Care. Give them some LOVE. RUB your hands up & down the LOWER BACK either side of the spine. Your Kidneys will love you if you keep them.... WARM & COSY, fully hydrated - DRINK lots of water & fully recharged with REST, treat yourself to an early night, or two.
