Everyone has a goal or reason to work out! My client today loves HITT Training she is working on her core for horse riding and wants to loose a bit of weight.

We worked out a nutrition programme, train 2x a week and she has a written programme to follow at home.

She likes the studio for it's privacy and can fit workouts around children and work. Hour and a half training today awesome job 👍👍
