Elevate your long weekend with a grounding ritual :
🌷Put your phone on 'Do Not Disturb'
🏵 Close the curtains and safely light a candle
🌹 Roll out your mat, cover yourself with a blanket, place a cushion under knees
🌺 Place hands on belly, rest backs of the upper arms on the mat
🪻 Relax shoulders, unclench the jaw, soften the belly, let your feet fall away from each other
🌼 Breathe in through nostrils, inflate belly, ribs, collar bones...pause...exhale softly out of mouth, collar bones fall, ribs fall, softly draw belly button in and up
🌻Slow gentle breaths, no forcing, allow mind to follow breath
