Diversity! With the addition of leaves from the garden, there are 2 different kinds of kale, sorrel, a bitter leaf, nasturtiums (plus flowers) dandelion and lettuce on this plate. Added to that are olives, red, green, orange and yellow tomatoes, cucumber, olive oil, homemade green tomato chutney and apple cider vinegar. Followed by stewed apple, from the garden, with sultanas, cloves, star anise and cardamon pods. That should keep my gut happy 😉
