Reablement Support Workers

Absolute Care at Home Ltd are looking for Support Workers in Trafford to join our Reablement team.

Experience in the care sector required, a caring nature, the willingness to learn and desire to make a difference. You will join a growing team of like-minded Support Workers. You will be treated with respect, listened to, supported and encouraged to be the best Support Worker you can be. You will be given the training, tools and most importantly the support you need to be the best you can be.

Responsibilities of a Reablement Support Worker

Our Support Workers work in the community delivering a specialised Reablement Service to vulnerable people leaving hospital in their own homes, for a period of up to three weeks with the aim of enabling them to become as independent as possible.
