This web with virgin has been gone off then worse.It went off for some reason at 5am I messed about with set top box's ethernet wi-fi.So I called them cus svs and he said an engineer be with me on Monday so I wait until all day when at 6 pm I call to see where it then he tells me he got wrong day he should be round Tuesday.Then I was gonna pay bill £134.00 and he never mentioned the compensation.If one day an engineer doesn't come up for a day it is £30.50 and along with two days so I said you'll hav to wait till it's sorted.Then Tuesday he puts a new wi-fi box In.He leaves then I try log in Tv and mobil not on eihernet as it will not come up new box in list.Yet again told them and tell me now he will be round on Friday.Thats full week no broadband more wat would u do to get the compasion from them.
