We would like to express our gratitude to ITV for their short documentary shedding a little light on the difficulties pharmacies like ours face on a daily basis, navigating an extremely difficult landscape as part of a hugely strained NHS in England. It offers a good overview of the ways in which the system is dysfunctional at its core and it is good to see small and medium sized pharmacy businesses heavily represented in the coverage.

We hope this is just the beginning of ITV's attempts to draw attention to the dire reality community pharmacies are currently grappling with, and that pharmacy's voice is heard more loudly in opposition to the government's insistence that there is simply no problem to be addressed.

We will continue to serve our customers and our community to the best of our capabilities, and appreciate the support we receive as we do our best to remain sustainable while balancing the needs of our patients, our NHS, our community and our staff.
