I’ve created a little treatment REST, RESET, REVISE: perfect for young people during this time that will focus on de-stressing, calming and refocusing.
This 50 minute back, neck and head massage is a gentle escape from study to recharge and reset.
Long study hours, stress, and lack of sleep can quickly lead to burnout—and it’s not always easy for young people to recognise the signs.
Massage can gently support their wellbeing and help them stay balanced by:
