Step into a tranquil, cosy cocoon for a deeply immersive sound bath experience unlike any other. Limited to just 7 participants, this 90-minute journey offers a personal and transformative experience in a relaxing, sacred space.

Upon arrival you will be greeted with a calming herbal tea infusion, allowing the warm, soothing blend to relax your body and mind. We then move into a gentle meditation to quiet the mind and prepare you for the sound journey ahead. Surrounded by the nurturing energy of our cosy, cave-like space, you’ll feel cocooned in safety and calm as sound vibrations flow through you.

Using a combination of various tools and instruments, such as Himalayan singing bowls, Quartz crystal bowls, Vocal overtones, tuning forks, drums, rattles & chimes, you will be guided through a powerful, healing soundscape. The uniquely intimate setting amplifies the healing effects of the sound, helping you release tension and enter a profound state of relaxation.

This experience will take you on a journey inward—an opportunity to connect with yourself in a way that feels both calming and transformative. To close, you’ll receive the chance to pull your own individual oracle card, offering personal insight & reflections as you leave the space feeling deeply restored & recentered.

Join & I for a special women’s circle as come together to hold the lanterns as we descend into the peak of darkness: the longest night & darkest day of the year 🕯️

At this time of year we are offered the powerful opportunity to consider our relationship with trust and the darkness. During moments of hardship and darkness in our own lives, it can be very difficult to trust that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Yet we must remember that although we are in the depths of winter and darkness at this time, it is actually a mark of the beginning of the return to the light.

We will work with deepening our trust in the natural cycles of life, choosing faith that the light will return. We will gather together to welcome in a surrender into the darkness, remembering that it is in this void of darkness, where new life and new creation is born.

This is a powerful time to create resolutions for the new year, and to simply celebrate being alive. It will be a deeply nourishing and restorative evening filled with reflection & gratitude.

“We were born in innocent love, and our womb remembers the way back home” ❤️

Last week I was initiated into the Temple of the Feminine Arts: journeying through the 8 grail gates of the womb medicine wheel alongside 12 other women.
We dove deep into the exploration & learning of Shamanic Womb Massage, and received the 13th Munay-Ki Rite of the womb, gifted from a lineage of Medicine Women in the jungles of Peru.

Thank you for your embodied wisdom, gentle holding & loving guidance, which has activated a deep remembrance, inspiration & reverence of this sacred work.

As I integrate the learnings & experience I am overflowing with excitement & desire to share this powerful healing with as many women as I can ❤️ new offerings will be coming very soon 🌹
