Ways to show yourself love this Valentines Day ❤️

February 14th should be about loving yourself too… Overall 23% of adults have negative feelings towards Valentine’s Day. These negative perceptions include feeling sad, lonely, disappointed and some individuals even feel dread.

It’s easy to let the media make you feel like something is missing if you are not in a relationship or cannot be with your partner on this particular day. So, showing yourself some love will allow you to embrace yourself with confidence and authenticity - which helps to build resilience and discipline ❤️
