𝗪𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗔𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀 𝗔 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲.

When someone gets high blood pressure or diabetes, no one blames them. We accept it needs a plan, support and treatment.

But when people become inactive, we treat it as a character flaw, even though it causes just as much damage.

The truth is simple.

Physical inactivity works like a disease:

It quietly raises your risk of heart issues, diabetes and weight gain.
It builds up over time because life gets busy and stressful.
It has clear symptoms... Low energy, poor sleep, stiff joints and feeling older than you are.
The good news is it's fully reversible with the right structure and support.
Most people don't become inactive because they are lazy.

They become inactive because of their surroundings. Work, kids, stress and routine take over. Before you know it, weeks turn into months, months turn into years and your body feels nothing like it use to.

Seeing inactivity as a disease removes the blame. It helps you realise you don't need to "try harder."

You just need a plan, guidance and a place that meets you where you are at.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴!

Everyone has a moment in their life where they realise they've let their own health slip a bit.

Work, family life it all adds up and looking after yourself is no longer the priority. It happens to a lot of the men and women who walk through the door of my studio on Park Road in Timperley.

The important thing however is starting again doesn't have to feel pressured or embarrassing and you certainly don't need to be already fit or expect to know what you're doing. You just need to take the first step.

Above all you don't have to take the step alone.

What we do here in my studio is give people structure, a bit of guidance and a group of people to train with so you're never second guessing or feeling out of place.

You get supported, coached and encouraged at your OWN PACE. No judgement. No pressure. Just steady progress a plan that suits you.

Everyone starts somewhere. You just don't have to start by yourself.

This is Sara-Jayne, Christine, Mark and Debbie. They never knew each other before attending our training sessions and are now great friends and also push each other when it comes to training.

Xmas Party 🎉

We celebrated at our usual place over at Yara in Altrincham. You can't go wrong with Yara.

Foods amazing, staff attentive and bring your own drinks, what more do you want.

I had a chance to speak to some of our members over delicious food and loved every minute of it.

If it keep going the way it is, we'll have to book the whole of the restaurant over next year.

To those that couldn't make it you were all missed. Maybe this time later next year ?
