What an incredible Sunday !

16 of our members from on the Deadly Dozen Fitness Test and smashed it.

Not only did they prove how far they've come in their fitness journeys, but they also showed just how much their confidence has grown.

It was hot, sweaty and tough, but they still finished with smiles on their faces.

Amazing effort from everyone, this is a community to be proud of. โค๏ธ

Too many people accept low energy, stiffness, or extra body weight as just "part of getting older."

It's not. It's usually down to not moving enough, eating without a plan, and putting yourself last for too long.

Pete's 63 years young and retired. He could have slowed down and accepted retirement, but instead, he's building strength, moving better than he has ever done and has signed up for his first Hybrid competition in just seven weeks.

You're never too old to feel strong, energised and proud of your body again. You only get to live in your body once !

We kicked off with movement drills and hip mobility, then finished strong with some speed work.

was Hot, It was Sweaty but everyone gave everything they could and that's what it's about.

Big respect ๐Ÿซก to all of you the way you pushed through that heat. That's how you start your weekend. ๐Ÿ˜‰

About 12 months ago, these two would never imagined they'd be prepping for Level-7.

Level 7 is a serious fitness challenge with 7 workouts and 7 runs.

But here they are, absolutely flying through their fitness test for the big event over in Alderley Edge this September.

-They've put the work in
- They've supported each other
- But most of all they believe in themselves

If YOU ever thought "I'd love to do something like that, but I don't think i could..." This is your sign.

With the right support and right plan, you can achieve more than you think.

That face says it allโ€ฆ Absolute sh@ยฃ run. ๐Ÿ˜‘

Legs were heavy, lungs werenโ€™t playing ball and I didnโ€™t want to do it.

But hereโ€™s the truth:

Not every session will feel great. Not every run will feel strong.

What matters is showing up. Especially when you donโ€™t feel like it.

I always say that's where real change happens.

Not in the perfect workouts, but in the ones where you have to dig in and do it anyway.

Keep showing up and chipping away and you will be amazed how stronger you become.

We hit progressive speed intervals tonight, building pace and pushed hard with a tough 4-minute faster pace run in between.

Everyone gave it their all and the smiles say it all at the end ๐Ÿ‘

Yes, we train in the evenings too. But for this Morning crew it's not an option.

They show up, they put the work in, and they leave full of energy before most people have even hit the snooze button.
