“How does it actually work at your place?”

Good question.

Here’s the simple version.

First, we sit down 1-to-1.

A proper conversation helps us as coaches understand what you want to achieve

And as a client you can be given an insight into what you could be focusing on to get you closer to your goals.

You learn what’s likely been holding you back.

We agree a few small habits outside the gym.
Nothing extreme.
Just doable stuff.

We run you through some movement.

Check for niggles, injuries, worries.

Make sure you feel good to go.

Then you can begin booking your sessions via our app

Initial commitment is 28 days.

Why?

Because it’s long enough to feel and see change, but short enough that it doesn’t feel overwhelming.

In 4 weeks you can expect:

• Better energy
• Noticeable strength increases
• Improved fitness
• Clothes fitting better
• More confidence walking into the gym
• A proper routine forming

We charge £179 for the 4 weeks all in.

You don’t have to attend the same times each week and our timetables pretty big

Monday to Friday 6am, 7am, 8:30am, 9:30am 12:30pm 4:15pm 5:15pm 6:15pm and 7:15pm
Saturday and Sunday 7am, 8am 9am 10am

We’d love you to average 3 a week.

If that’s 2 one week and 4 the next, that’s fine.

All we ask?

Get to the door on average 12 times a month.

We’re not a normal gym.
Normal gyms give you access.

We give you guidance, coaching, structure and support.
That’s the difference.

We’re Hiring, Women’s Strength Coach Needed, Timperley Village

We’re on the lookout for the right coach/personal trainer to join our small but mighty team in Timperley Village, WA15 7UR.

At TBT, we specialise in helping women aged 40 to 45 plus get stronger, fitter and more gym confident.

Our sessions are structured similarly to personal training, typically:

• Two focused strength blocks
• Followed by smart conditioning
• 60 minute coached sessions

The role

• Temporary position initially, 3 to 4 months
• Strong potential to become permanent for the right person
• Circa 25 to 28 hours per week guaranteed
• Rotas issued in advance for consistency
• Some flexibility required as part of a small team
• Session times from 6am through to last session at 7.30pm, plus Saturday and Sunday mornings

Who this is for

We are not just looking for someone to fill sessions.

We have built a brilliant community here in Timperley, and it is hugely important we bring in the right personality, someone who genuinely cares about coaching, connection and standards.

If you are:

* Confident coaching strength training and have experience teaching semi private PT
* Professional and reliable
* Level 3 qualified
* Enthusiast and passionate

Together, we row and ski for Phoebe 💗

On Thursday 6th November, we’ll be taking on a 12-hour charity row & ski challenge to raise money for Phoebe, a brave young local girl battling a rare and aggressive liver cancer.

Phoebe has already endured 18 weeks of intensive chemotherapy, and doctors have had to remove over 80% of her liver. Her family are now trying to raise **£225,000** to fund a life-saving liver transplant.

So here’s our mission 👇

We’re going from John O’Groats to Southampton… and back again— that’s a total of **2,694,000 metres!**

With around 500 members across our gyms, that’s roughly 5,400 metres each to help us hit the goal.

Totally achievable if everyone gets behind it!

📅 When: Thursday 6th November
🕗 Time:7am – 7pm (12 hours only!)
📍 Where:All TBT, RBT & The Pilates Room Urmston
🎯 Goal: 2,694,000 metres on the rower/ski-erg
🎽 Dress code: Wear something pink to show your support for Phoebe 💗
❗Important: All metres must be completed outside your usual training session— this is about going the extra mile (literally!).
