The Employment Rights Bill will reshape how employers across the UK work; and for social care, that means big changes ahead.

Every new cost, like sick pay from day one or guaranteed hours, must be matched by fair funding from councils and the NHS.

That’s why Providers Unite is calling on the Treasury to ring fence 100% of the cost of the Social Care Fair Pay Agreement, so it goes straight to the people employing care and support staff and isn’t swallowed up in middle layers.

Because fairness for the workforce can only work if it’s fairly funded. 💚
