β¨ Nourish, Restore & Reconnect with the Power of Your Breath π§ββοΈIβm delighted to invite you to my upcoming Breath & Asana Workshop β a space to remember, reconnect and restore through the powerful union of conscious breathing, mindful movement and seasonal wisdom.
So often, our breath is shallow and unconscious. These workshops are a gentle invitation to rediscover the power of your breath, learning how each inhale and exhale can become an act of self-care to support health, clarity, emotional balance and overall wellbeing.
Through each two-hour session we will explore:
π¬ Breathwork & Introduction to Pranayama: Intentional breathing to expand lung capacity, soothe the nervous system and anchor you in the present.
π€ΈββοΈ Asana & Stretching: Breath-led postures to open the body, release held tension and restore energy flow.
πΏ Ayurvedic Insight: Simple wisdom to help balance Vata and support steadiness as the seasons change.
πͺ· Integration & Stillness: Space to reflect, absorb and leave grounded and clear.
