As we gently move into Kapha season, Mother Nature is beginning her slow, steady awakening 🌱
The light is changing, mornings are a little brighter, the air feels softer… and yet our bodies and minds can still feel heavy, sluggish, or wrapped in winter’s sleepiness.

This is the perfect time to meet the season with gentle, mindful movement – not forcing, not rushing – but slowly waking the body, encouraging circulation, breath, and clarity.
Our practice becomes a way of aligning with nature: soft beginnings, steady warmth, space for renewal and growth.

…and what an adventure it’s been.
After some truly amazing and deeply relaxing travels, filled with sunshine, sea air, laughter, nature, reflection and a beautiful sense of perspective, I’m home feeling refreshed, inspired and incredibly grateful.
Those last quiet moments of slowing down, breathing deeply and simply being have been the perfect reminder of why this work matters so much β€” creating space, balance and connection, both on and off the mat πŸŒπŸ’«

And now… it’s time to return to rhythm.
