Happy 25th Birthday to my beautiful boy 🤍 my first born, my heart, my everything, from the moment you came into my life you changed me in the most incredible way and made me a mum, which will always be the greatest gift I’ve ever known, I’m so proud to call you my son and so proud of the man you’ve become, watching you grow over these 25 years has filled my life with so much love and meaning, you are truly the love of my life, today and always I celebrate you, I feel so grateful, so lucky and so proud that you are mine, happy birthday Mama ❤️❤️

Not every day is easy… but I keep moving 🤍

Some days it’s strength, some days it’s softness.
Some days it’s pushing, some days it’s slowing down.

For me, it’s all part of finding balance.

Yoga, reformer, training… it’s more than just movement.
It’s how I clear my mind, release stress, and come back to myself.

Tried a boxing session today with 🥊

Honestly… I didn’t realise how much I needed it. Such a good way to release stress and just let everything go. I loved every bit of it.

Yoga is my passion and I love what I do, but sometimes it’s nice to try something different and move the body in another way. It felt strong, fun, and very needed today.

Ollie definitely pushed me (in a good way 😅).Already looking forward to next week.
