💚What should I wear?
👉Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Grip socks are compulsory for Reformer/Tower/Chair classes. These can be purchased when you book or when you arrive. Tie back any loose hair (we always have bobbles just in case💕)
💚Do I need to bring my own mat or equipment?
👉For Mat classes, we provide thick mats but you’re welcome to bring your own. For Reformer/Tower/Chair classes, all equipment is provided.
💚I’m a beginner—can I join your classes?
👉Absolutely! We offer beginner-friendly classes which are our ‘Gentle’ classes and each ‘Signature’ class provides layers and modifications to suit everybody.
💚Is Pilates suitable if I have an injury or medical condition?
👉Yes, but we recommend consulting with your doctor first and informing your instructor about any injuries or conditions so we can adjust the exercises for you before you begin.
💚Do you offer prenatal or post partum classes?
👉Yes, we have specially designed classes to support pregnant and postpartum clients (babies are welcome to the post partum classes 👶)
💚Can I try a class before committing to a membership?
👉Yes, we offer a discounted intro package to help you get started. If you’ve already visited, drop-in classes are available too!
💚How do I book a class?
👉You can book classes online through our Vagaro ‘book now’ link.
💚Do I need to book in advance?
👉Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, as class sizes are limited.
💚Do you offer memberships or packages?
👉Yes, we have flexible pricing options, including drop-in rates, multi-class packages, and monthly memberships.
💚What measures do you take to maintain cleanliness?
👉We sanitise all equipment after every class and deep-clean the studio regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
💚Can men come to the studio?
👉Absolutely, everyone is welcome.
