Timperley Nursing Home Timperley is a dementia and nursing care home, purpose built in 2009 in the Cheshire village of Timperley.

It has won many awards including the Trafford Dementia Kite Mark Award, Dignity in Care Award and the North-west End of Life Care Award.

🎄✨ Christmas Party Recap ✨🎄
We recently held our Christmas party and it was a very enjoyable evening for everyone involved. The party featured a lovely singer 🎶, light refreshments, and the warm festive scent of spiced mulled wine in the air 🍷✨, adding a real touch of Christmas to the atmosphere.

Congratulations to our raffle winners 🎁👏, and a special mention to Cheryl, our Deputy Manager, who certainly didn’t disappoint. Dressed as a Christmas fairy 🧚‍♀️✨, she looked absolutely beautiful and brought a touch of festive fun to the celebration.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the evening a success. A great way to mark the Christmas season together 🎄😊

Our residents were absolutely overwhelmed with joy after receiving beautiful handmade Christmas cards and chocolates from Altrincham Grammar School for Girls as part of their wonderful project, “Postcards of Kindness.”
Each card was thoughtfully hand-made, and many of the messages inside were deeply personal, kind, and truly touching. Reading them brought smiles, comfort, and for some, very emotional moments. 💖
Our residents feel truly blessed and incredibly grateful to the students who took the time to spread such genuine kindness this Christmas. These small acts of thoughtfulness have made a very big difference and reminded us all of the power of compassion and connection.
Thank you to everyone involved for warming hearts and brightening our residents’ festive season. ✨🎅🏼

🎄 Staff Appreciation Christmas Gathering 🎄
We enjoyed a lovely gathering to celebrate our staff this Christmas.
Our manager, Tracy, wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their hard work and dedication throughout the year, and to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas 🎅✨
Staff were treated to a small gift as a thank you, along with a light buffet 🧁☕
We also had a wonderful singer who entertained our residents, which made the afternoon extra special 🎶
It was a really nice afternoon, and we are so grateful for our amazing team 💜

Our residence got a little crafty this week 🎄✨
There’s nothing like getting into the Christmas spirit with scissors, glue, and lots of creativity! The handmade Christmas cards turned out absolutely stunning — each one unique, thoughtful, and made with so much care.
These cards are sure to bring big smiles when they’re shared 💌🎨

We’re really proud to once again give something back to our local community 💜

Having supported similar initiatives in the past, this year we teamed up again with Bridgewater Trafford Rotary to organise a toy collection for Step Trafford, who are supporting children across Trafford 🎁

It may be a small gesture, but we’re hoping it helps put a smile on a child’s face this Christmas 🎅🎄

We had a wonderful visit from the MCCC ( Manchester Chinese Catholic Community) Teenager Group 🎶🎄
The afternoon was filled with Christmas carols, sing-along games, festive activities, a Christmas quiz, and even Christmas bingo. The teenagers brought beautiful handmade gifts, including Christmas trees and thoughtful festive decorations ✨.
Everyone got involved, and it was truly heart-warming to see the youngest members spending time with our residents, chatting, laughing, and creating together. It was a lovely celebration of togetherness and Christmas spirit 🎁
