Your posture might be the culprit — but a few small tweaks can make a big difference 👇

Here’s how to sit properly at your desk:
✔️ Feet flat on the floor (no crossing!)
✔️ Knees at 90°, level with or slightly below your hips
✔️ Sit back in your chair with your lower back supported
✔️ Elbows at 90°, relaxed and close to your body
✔️ Screen at eye level — no looking down

🔁 Take regular breaks (even 30 seconds to stand and stretch helps)
🧠 Your posture impacts more than your spine — it affects energy, focus & even mood!
