correction or seeking the best eye-health checks possible. The Maskell name began as a contact lens practice and we continue to offer the very best in contact lenses. We offer everything from dailies to specialist lenses from a wide range of manufacturers. In May 2017 Anthony Josephson (who had been working alongside Mr Maskell for over four years at that time) took over the business and continues our aim of providing the best care and the best products and services possible. In September 2020 our second site, in the amazing new Warrington Market, opened.; smaller in size but equally big in quality. We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality eyewear from specialist designers and unique brands from both within the UK and around the globe. We only offer collections which demonstrate the highest possible quality with unrivalled design. Through extensive knowledge of the industry we have hand-picked our brands to provide a unique catalogue of styles which aren’t available on the high-street, as we know our patients desire quality and understated design.

Established for almost 50 years we have delivered excellence in eyecare to generations of families. Ross Maskell was always at the forefront of contact lens development and conducted the first clinical trials of the Acuvue Disposable Contact Lens, allowing his patients to be among the first in the world to enjoy their benefits. The practice remains committed to offering a whole assortment of contact lenses, ranging from daily disposable lenses to specialist lenses from a wide range of manufacturers. Based in Altrincham town centre since 1983 we are proud to have served the local community and those from further afield for over 35 years.
