Hi!
I am back!!
A quick update. After a stressful divorce I was left overweight, stressed out and to top things off coping with the on-set of menopause😱😱. I have eaten healthily for years following my cancer recovery, but after my divorce and dealing with a stressful job I was piling on weight!! Everything I had previously done to lose weight, cutting back somewhat on carbs, more exercise, cutting snacks failed me. I was overweight, suffering with menopausal anxiety, struggling to sleep and feeling old! Intuitively I knew I had to adopt a different approach to address my fluctuating hormones, cut my hot sweats, lose weight and re-gain my sanity.
Thankfully I was able to do just that. I am now nearly 2 stone slimmer and have regained my energy and enthusiasm for life😊
