During the microsuction process, our audiologist will use a microscopic loupes to get a detailed view of your ear canal and the ear wax build-up. Once the target areas are identified, a suction pump is used to remove the wax. The process involves no contact with the ear canal making this safe and comfortable. Although it can be noisy it's quick, effective and painless.

It's important to take care of your hearing aids, proper maintenance extends the life of them and ensures clear, consistent sound quality. Excessive heat can negatively affect your hearing aids, potentially damaging internal components. Don't leave them out in direct sunlight or in a parked car in the sun for example, and never try to dry them out from moisture in an oven, microwave or on a radiator.
