                                            From wedding prep to long-term transformation đź’Ş
Matt came to us with a clear goal – get in shape for his wedding. With a demanding job, regular travel, and long days, it wasn’t always easy. But with a tailored training and nutrition plan that fit his lifestyle, he stayed consistent with 3 focused sessions per week and pushed hard every time he stepped into the gym.
Fast forward to today – leaner, stronger, and ready for his big day. The fat loss phase is complete, and once the knot is tied, we’ll be shifting gears into a build phase.
