Change of time to Wednesdays beginners yoga class!

Class will commence next week with a new time of 4-5pm. There are currently 3 spaces available for anyone wanting to join us on the mat. Slow, gentle movements with some breathwork and relaxation, these classes are suitable for complete beginners. Blocks of 4 are £20 or £7 for drop in.

Please get in contact with any queries or for more details.

6.30pm Yoga flow classes will remain the same and are currently fully booked.

Join me in welcoming Anne Clark for a Shamanic Journey Meditation and Sound Bath on Sunday 14th December at 6pm.

There will be 30 minutes of guided meditation followed by a Shamanic Sound Bath for approx 50 mins.

There will be the opportunity to ask any questions about your experience afterwards.
