Despite the name there is no balancing, stretching or any movement involved! You lie comfortable and cosy and listen to me guide the body into deep relaxation 😌

Perfect for those who struggle with a busy mind, busy life, sleep problems, stress...I think most of us fall into at least one of those categories 😆

Investment of only £6 and all that's required is you show up for yourself ❤️
