Each Monday 6-7pm beginners yoga classes at L.W.L - Lift with Laura. Book direct through Laura, classes are £7.50. Focus is working on chakra balancing/healing for the next few weeks. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍
Each Wednesday 11am-12 beginners gentle yoga classes and 6.30-7.30pm. Classes are £6. Often fully booked, please contact for availability.
Sunday 7th we have Reiki 2 training. Must have completed level 1 training previously. Contact me for more details 🙏

As I am nearing the end of my pregnancy (baby due next month!) I am starting to slow down a bit and will continue classes etc while I feel able. I am hoping to have a Reiki Share mid September- please get in contact if you would like to attend (free event and suitable for anyone who has completed Reiki level 1/2/3 training).
Yoga Nidra class this month TBA, I will post as soon as I have updated my diary with midwife appointments, antenatal/birthing classes/pregnancy yoga classes- it's been lovely to attend classes and have space held for me during this time- makes a change from being the teacher! I highly recommend Siobhan Hencher Yogabellies class on Thursday evenings at Stirling Cricket Club and Sarah's birthing classes at Baby Central on Sunday evenings🤰🤱
