This coming Wednesday (11th March) join me for a gentle beginners yoga class 4-5pm in the yurt 🧘‍♀️🛖 Investment of £6pp.

We start with guided breathwork before warming up the body for a gentle, slow, steady sequence. We finish with an optional inversion and relaxation with Reiki Healing 🙌

This class is suitable for complete beginners, those with mobility issues and poses can be altered to suit your needs. Chairs are also available upon request.
