Working at Wessex Cancer Support and being a Tropic skincare Ambassador work hand in hand . I really do love these products and my cancer awareness makes me even more vigilant as to what I am absorbing into my skin , especially things like deodorants under the arms, using products that are going directly into the Lymphatic System.

The last few evenings have been great🩷. Tonight possibly could be cloudy but let’s wait and see. I love being outside till as late as possible enjoying the moons energy, light and reflections. Take the opportunity to absorb it later and release what no longer serves you clearing pathway for new ways and 🤔clearer thinking.
How do to like to enjoy a full moon 🌝? What do you notice about your energies around this time? Maybe you have not ever noticed before and that’s ok but maybe check in with yourself and observe today ….

Amazing first event with Laura and Rosie .The weather was incredibly kind, lovely and warm, but with a great breeze under the trees. Guided meditation, Reiki and Sound Healing was delivered and enjoyed by all. The animals were observing from a distance as they enjoyed the energy healing and looking up to the sound of the gongs.

It was a magical afternoon in a magical space and I hope you all enjoyed it. Mother Earth certainly received healing yesterday along with all timelines past, present and future 🙏💗.

Thank you to each and every one who supported this event and hope to see you again in the future.

To say that life is full of meaning is not to say that meaning is fixed or magical. Signs come to us from within, not from outside; the morals we can draw from the little dramas in our lives have to do with our own growth.
We can learn from negative experiences as well as positive ones, and we need to applaud our own progress (it’s likely no one else will). Only we can know how far we have travelled when we overcome a fear of speaking in public, or joining a volunteer telephone campaign. Or perhaps we’ve learned to say “no” to the constant demands others make of us; we’re the only ones who recognize that advance, and we deserve to congratulate ourselves for it.
Finding the morals in daily events can be an adventure. It’s good to take stock periodically; it helps us to see what progress we’ve made and to scale our expectations to the real pace of our growth.

Today I’ll hold a private viewing of some of my recent successes; I’ll be my own best audience.
