Yesterday ( 21/2 26 ) Was an amazing day for me 🩷🙏 Please take a moment to read although a longer post .
Thank you 🙏 to Ella for creating Mind Body and soul Northwood -Spirivo - Leading Website Design Company for Small Businesses who did an amazing job , as also did her brother Ethan who was a great help carrying my Massage Couch 🛋️!!! I was so grateful at the end of busy day .
Thank you to Linda Anderson who was my wing man !!!! She was so helpful and I could not have done it without her , you are truly amazing 🥰.
Caught up with lots of old faces , not seen since Primary school and lots of new faces also with lots of lovely conversations.
My talk went well , I think 🤔😬😬 after I got over my nerves and found my stride.
It was very special to speak about everything I am passionate about to include my work at the farm with our holiday business https://www.caravanclub.co.uk/certificated-locations/england/isle-of-wight/sandown/borthwood-caravans/ and also https://www.facebook.com/Queen-Bower-Farm-Lodge-2332329053683784/ and Holistic Therapies on site and more recently my work at Wessex Cancer support and Oncology training which has already touched many peoples hearts 💕.
The most EXCITING 🤩🥳 part of the day for me was announcing that I am going to start teaching Reiki Level 1 . This has been bubbling away inside of me for a while now and all of a sudden it feels right !!! Year of the Horse energy has worked its magic ✨ and given me the courage to teach what I have learnt over many years to enable others to self heal and live a more heart centred life , enabling them to learn foundational skills to create a well-being tool kit to navigate this bumpy road called life ! To be able to self heal is one gift but to then help others , loved ones and family etc this is really special. The world needs loving, caring , compassionate help right now so I’d really like to help as many as possible to shine their own lights into the world 🌍.
I will be offering this training in April with a suggested date of 18 th and 19 th of April 2026 . Please get in touch if you require any further information.

Hope your week is going well so far despite this beautiful weather 🌦️ not !!!! 😂 I have just got in from finishing the horses and rest of the menagerie and it’s fair to say I am soaked !!!! oh the joys of animals ….. would I have it any other way 🤔 Mmmm debatable today 🤦‍♀️😂!
I wanted to mention before I switch off this evening that the clock is ticking for the Mind, Body and Soul Event at Northwood this weekend . I am working hard behind the scenes to get things organised and very grateful to the professionals who have helped me with some last minute requests on my literature etc …Spirit Design being one of them , thank you 🙏 Pip .
I,m sure all the other attendee’s are also working hard to make it a wonderful event and Ella has done an incredible job, the Island should be very proud of her commitment.
I will be carrying out massages on the day with time slots to book 📕. I will also be doing a talk / workshop about Holistic Therapies and their benefits to all 🩷. Please catch me through the day if you would like any information , advice or help with anything that is within my realm and I,ll be very happy to speak to you 😁

I will also be promoting the fabulous Services provided be Isle of Wight Wessex Cancer Support so this will also be informative to those in need .

Following this event is an evening of stillness on the 26th Feb in Alverstone , this has sold out but feel certain will be running another soon after so keep an eye on posts .

Well I,m a little late in the day to post this , however it’s never really too late to celebrate 🙌 is it ? as we will be within this energy now for sure !
Have you noticed a shift the last few weeks ?
I feel quite relieved there is a significant shift and it was much needed !!! I hear of so many struggles and problems with people including myself that have had pretty heavy stuff going on , everyone dealing with difficulties energetically one way or another . Today feels like a sense of freedom from the past . My Clients have come in really excited today about the ending of Year of the Wood Snake (that began Jan 29, 2025) bringing an energy of deep transformation and renewal , similar to a snake shedding it’s skin , so to transition from that to a new powerful energy , of the Fire Horse feels incredible today and I could really sense it in Massage treatments today .
I already feel much more focussed and keen to have some more courage to implement certain things I’ve been talking about for a long time , bringing my goals to focus and fruition . The Fire Horse 🐎 has certainly given me the drive to move forward and hopefully I will be so much more stronger and resilient from what snake gave us last year !
Maybe 🤔 you have not given this much thought before but notice and reflect to see what you can take for it for yourself and your personal journey .
