Hi yogis!
The next FREE YOGA in the park will be announced 2 weeks before the actual event, I will create a Facebook event so be sure to follow this page and maybe tag a friend you’d like to fetch along with you.
Plenty of places will be available.

Please only book if you are definitely coming along as this prevents others booking on once it’s full.

This is all weather permitting, date announced soon and you will still need to register online to reserve a place YogaWakefield.

Please also check with your doctor if you have a pre-existing illness or injury, pregnant mamas need to be over 13+ weeks.

The weather is not looking great for tomorrow, if rain does come overnight and into the morning the ground in the park will be too wet for outdoor Yoga.
