A full refund of the deposit will be issued, minus a £5 booking fee.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice / No-show / Late arrival:
100% of the full appointment price will be charged. No further appointments can be booked until the outstanding balance is paid.

Phatcha Thai Massage & Wellness has welcomed clients within Warwickshire for the past 2 years and it is with sadness that we will be closing our chapter in Warwickshire.

Although it is emotional to say goodbye,

We are relocating to Northumberland and beginning a new chapter in our journey. Our last appointment availability in our current location will be 18th December 2025.

We would like to thank all of our clients from the bottom of our hearts for your trust, support and peaceful moments we have shared. You are the reason we love what we do.

To continue offering the best treatments, high-quality oils, and enough time between clients, prices have been slightly adjusted. This allows me to maintain the same level of care, keep improving, and cover rising costs while still giving you the relaxation you deserve. Thank you so much for understanding and supporting 🙏💖

🕒 Session Timing
I’ve added a 20-minute gap between sessions so everything feels calm and unrushed. Please arrive on time (or 5–10 minutes early).

📌 Cancellation Policy
Now 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. This helps others book in if a space opens up.
