Just a gentle reminder to bring flip flops, sliders or similar to get from the sauna to the lake. We have a carpet of conkers after last weekend's storm. So a bit like walking on lego.

I had our first inversion on Coniston today. Just stunning.
I grew up in the Lakes and am still blown away at how beautiful it is up here.

We've had a lot of rain up here in the lakes these past few days. The upside is, the waterfalls are looking amazing on Coniston old man. Cracking sauna view. The air temp is dropping and so is the water temp as we head into sauna season 🍁🍂🔥

Autumn is on the way. You can feel a change in the air this week. We are next to a huge conker tree that showered us in blossoms back in April. Now, the conkers are getting bigger and starting to drop. Just beautiful.
