We still have places available for our HAF programme: Free for children in receipt of free school meals, low in-come families, young carers. If you are unsure if you qualify for a free placement, please get in touch and we will advise you.

HAF PROGRAMME.

Date: 19th - 22nd December
Location: Ambleside

Join us this December half term for our HAF programme. This holiday activity and food provision is for school aged children from 5 - 14 (inclusive) who receive benefits-related free school meals. Woodland activities, nature identification, make pinecone bird feeders, bug houses. Balancing and movement outdoors, Blind trail, bushcraft. story writing, crafts, games, and self-worth affirmations. Christmas carols in Rydal caves.

This is free for children in receipt of free school meals, low-income families, young carers and send children.

Full circle experiences combine these practices for a holistic and immersive experience. We will be promoting a sense of well-being. Moon bathing is the practice of consciously connecting with the energy and light of the moon. Together, these practices can provide a serene and nurturing experience during the winter solstice, enhancing relaxation, inner reflection, and connection with nature's cycles.

Our Cacao ceremonies involve guided meditations, breathwork, chanting, music, and sharing circles where participants can express their experiences. The ceremony aims to foster deeper self-awareness, emotional healing, and spiritual connection. It is seen as a way to connect with oneself, others, and the natural world in a meaningful and transformative way.
