Pregnancy massage is a popular treatment with women wanting pain relief and to feel supported at a time in their lives when lots of physical and emotional changes are taking place.

On this 1 day CPD course for Level 3 qualified massage therapists you get to learn an effective sidelying massage routine to really help pregnant clients to feel lighter and less stressed.

During the day you also explore health considerations in order to carry out treatments safely, and you receive guidance on how to market your services.

🚫💆‍♀️ Did you know? Massage does not flush out toxins. The body already has powerful detox systems – the liver, kidneys and lungs. Massage helps with recovery, relaxation and stress reduction, but toxin removal is not one of its effects.

Let’s keep our language accurate, professional and evidence informed. By letting go of the detox myth, we actually strengthen the credibility of massage and the value we bring to clients.

Massage and holistic therapists often struggle to receive money because they are incredibly giving people, and they don’t want to ‘take’ much money from clients.

They often undersell their services, not accounting for all their expenses (there can be tons when self employed!) The result is that they don’t make enough, they burn out and then their businesses crumble, and then that can’t help their clients anymore. It’s a catch 22! And the silly thing is that clients are often very happy to pay more to

Welcome to my page! I am passionate about the power of massage to overcome stress and pain, and to improve physical and mental wellbeing. I have been training in massage since 2008 and have qualifications and experience in Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Sports Massage, Workplace Massage and Pregnancy Massage. My customers report their pain and tension greatly reducing, migraines and headaches disappearing, a reduction in anxiety, improved sleep, improved mood and improved levels of energy. I am based at a residential address in Levenshulme and serve areas within 5 miles for Workplace & Events massage. I put 110% into all my work and promise to provide a very effective treatment.
