Treat the experience like going to a restaurant...

The starter: begin with relaxing, gliding moves to soothe and warm up the clients mind/fascia.

The main: work slowly and a little deeper to release tension from common areas...back, neck, shoulders, pecs.

The dessert: More smoothing, soothing moves to leave your client in a state of paradise 🌴

Working from home today and my home is the mountains!

I get more admin and planning done whilst up here (and in local pubs too of course) than in the actual office..

State how much you want to receive each year; we all know we would like to receive more money, but does this mean one pound or one million more?

If you do not know the amount you would like to receive then you will not get it! So state an amount that you truly feel comfortable with receiving as your annual turnover. Then keep it fresh in your mind by writing it out and talking about it.
Expect to receive this amount, not focusing on how you will receive it, but simply that you will receive it. Then trust that you will.

Welcome to my page! I am passionate about the power of massage to overcome stress and pain, and to improve physical and mental wellbeing. I have been training in massage since 2008 and have qualifications and experience in Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Sports Massage, Workplace Massage and Pregnancy Massage. My customers report their pain and tension greatly reducing, migraines and headaches disappearing, a reduction in anxiety, improved sleep, improved mood and improved levels of energy. I am based at a residential address in Levenshulme and serve areas within 5 miles for Workplace & Events massage. I put 110% into all my work and promise to provide a very effective treatment.
