According to Qigong we are entering the season of late summer which corresponds with the element of earth. My classes this month will reflect all the qualities associated with this time of year: feeling nourished and calm, letting go of overwhelm and worry, leaving space for a sense of belonging and cultivating a sense of being centred. Slow, deep flows releasing shoulders, hips and the side body will feature as we transition into autumn. I am so excited to share these practices with you.
