What is Angelic Reiki?

Angelic Reiki is energy healing (Rei-ki meaning universal energy) with the high vibrational Angelic kingdom of light.

We are vibrating on an earthly level and the Angels, who are messengers, here to assist humanity, are vibrating on higher levels from 5D all the way up to Source (God), the Universe.

The practitioner acts as a channel for this beautiful frequency, blending with the Angels and flowing the rays of healing through their hands. The healing then flows to where it needs to go to within the client's energy field.

The recipient may feel warmth, different sensations, a feeling of peace and calm, see colours or receive messages. Blocks can shift on both a physical and energetic level - mind, body and spirit. Transmutation and transformation may occur quite profoundly.

With Angelic Reiki, the recipient is lovingly supported to let go of physical, emotional and karmic imbalances as well as ancestral issues throughout all time and space.

Not all of this will happen in one session of course, but there is the potential to peel away these layers of conditioning in each session, all in divine perfect timing. It is done with the assistance of the Angels under the spiritual laws of Grace and dispensation which govern our planet.

Angels have always been with us. They are high frequency light, colour, energy existing in a dimension so close to ours but there needs to be a conscious invocation to work with them. Just call on them by making that intention and they will immediately answer. This is the beauty of working with Angels.

If you're feeling anxious or stressed, make some time to lie down and place your crystals (make sure they are cleansed first) along the chakras of the body, or where you feel guided.

You can listen to a guided meditation or simply take some deep breaths and allow the healing from the crystals to flow to where its needed. You can call in the Angels to amplify the healing energies.

A quick and simple way to calm a busy mind or relieve a headache is to lie with a piece of amethyst or clear quartz over your third eye (forehead).

Your body is communicating with you all of the time.

If something feels painful, check in with that body part. So often, when we feel discomfort, our initial and understandable reaction is to push it away, numb it or ignore it.

However, if you continue to do this, the messages within your body-mind-spirit connection will just become louder and more insistent. Until you pay attention.

Take a moment to tune in and communicate internally with your body. Let's say, for example, you feel chronic lower back pain. Close your eyes and visualise yourself in a column of white light. See this light infusing all of your body and energy field, deep into your cells.

Tune into your particular body part - lower back for instance - feel, sense and know the energy contained here. Give it a shape and colour, now communicate with that energy. Ask it/you what is the matter? As your subconscious mind relaxes you may receive a word, image or symbol or a sentence.

Trust in your intuition. Deeper feelings and emotions will rise to the surface - maybe even a memory or person in your current life or from a past life. Remain open to all possibilities.

Next, you can visualise a healing colour of your choice, for example purple. Again, be guided by your intuition. Allow this healing colour to flow into said body part.

Breathe, receive and release or shrink down the negative or painful energy. Take a mental note of its message for you. What changes do you need to make in your life?

This is a basic method to help you to get started and familiar with working with your own energy. You are welcome to continue this more deeply, during a 1-2-1 healing session with me.

Trust in the wisdom of your soul and your ability to heal. By engaging in your own healing, you are empowering yourself and moving further along on your journey.

Having carried your baby for 9 months, your body will have experienced many changes that don’t often go away over night. Your organs will need to re-adjust, your back and shoulders are likely to ache not only from pregnancy, but now from lifting and carrying a heavy baby for long periods. The aching you feel from twisting your neck, the sleepless nights and tension and anxiety you are likely to be feeling as your life changes dramatically, are all part of parenting a new born.
