Happy Mother's Day ✨️🌸✨️

Yesterday my fourteen year old daughter said something to me that caught be my surpise. She said 'I like your emotional intelligence. You have a good way with words and know what to say'.

I was surprised, firstly as I didn't know she knew the term 'emotional intelligence'. Secondly, as any mum of a teenager knows, relationships can sometimes feel fraught, as they navigate hormonal changes and discovering their own unique identity.

Whilst we, as mothers, may find ourselves in our own changing landscape of mid-life and (for me) perimenopausal changes. It's all happening at the same time and can sometimes produce quite a cocktail of potent energies in our house! We don't always see eye to eye...

So, if I have taught my children anything - how to understand the world we are living in and how to comnunicate with emotional intelligence and sensitivity - then I feel I must be doing something right. I will take that as a small win on this Mother's Day 💗

Honouring those nurturing, loving mothers who influence, guide and support with unending love. Including my own very special mother, who I adore 💗

Along with the love we feel for our beautiful planet - mother earth 🌏 long may we be held by her and live in peace and harmony 🕊

When we push away discomfort and fear, it creates a resistance in our energy. What we resist persists.

The only way out of the illusion of fear is through. There is no other way. We must sit with our discomfort and listen to what it has to say. Really listen and dive deep. Here we can heal within what triggers us, what disturbs our peace - through surrendering into acceptance. Softening. We might just find that the shadows begin to lift.

For fear and darkness cannot persist in the presence of LOVE 💗

ABOUT CLARA THERAPIES

My vision for Clara Therapies is to create a calm, nurturing, healing experience for women of all ages. I offer Fertility and Pregnancy Massage and Reflexology and have developed my knowledge in women’s health including hormonal balance, infertility, headaches, stress and anxiety. I have more than fourteen years experience as a Holistic Therapist and have worked extensively at top London spas.

I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and Angelic Reiki Practitioner. I offer Crystal Healing, Bach Flower Remedies and Angel Card readings. I am a psychic empath/intuitive and this informs my healing work. Channeling from spirit has become a natural part of all of my holistic therapy and healing sessions. This may take the form of one or any of the following: angelic messages, nutritional advice, herbs, flower remedies and crystals. I do not claim to diagnose or cure.

I work with the emotional and spiritual aspect of women’s health. With my intuitive skills I am able to tap into ancient wisdom to help support and guide you on your journey.

Good health is a state of complete harmony of mind, body and spirit. When this occurs, things flow and we feel much happier.
