I will be out of the clinic from the 19th-25th April.

There are currently 9 appointments available before I leave for the airport to hopefully chase some sunshine for a week 🤞

I strongly advise booking ahead if you’re due any maintenance work, or planning to damage yourself in the coming weeks.

Our reception team will be on hand for any queries, online booking is open 24 hours, and our chiropractors will be working as normal while I relax.

Firstly, can I say a huge thank you to every one of you keeping me so busy!
Here is the availability for the next 2 weeks for hour long appointments. There are a few spaces in the diary for half an hour sessions, these can be great for injury management, niggles, a quick reset etc.

I anticipate the following week to start booking up fast, and then I am away on holiday for a week from the 19th April.

Luckily for you all, if you do find yourself broken, there are lots of conditions that can be treated with chiropractic care and our lovely chiropractors will always be willing to to see you if you find yourself at a loose end.

Next week has a few spaces left, so do get in there quick if you’d like some treatment.

Tension tells a story… and today we helped this body move a little more freely ✨

This client came in with tight erector spinae muscles — that deep back line that works hard to keep you upright, but often holds onto stress, posture strain, and daily load.

Using movement-based myofascial cupping, we didn’t just “treat” the area — we created space for it to move again. By combining suction with active motion, we encouraged tissue glide, improved circulation, and helped the nervous system feel safe to let go.

The result?✔️ Less restriction✔️ More mobility✔️ A body that feels supported, not stuck

Movement is medicine — especially when paired with the right tools.

If your back feels tight, heavy, or restricted… it might not need more force — it might need better movement.
